Can I try Plutario for free?
Yes! Every new account gets 30 days of the Standard plan completely free. No credit card required — just sign up and get started.
How does billing work and when will I be charged?
After the trial period you can choose a yearly or monthly plan. With yearly billing you pay once and save up to 25% compared to monthly billing.
Is my financial data secure?
Your data is stored on servers within the European Union and protected in accordance with GDPR. All connections are encrypted using TLS 1.3. We never sell your data.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. With an annual plan, we can refund the proportional amount for the unused period.
Which banks support CSV import?
We support CSV import from PKO BP, Pekao, Santander, ING, mBank, Alior, BNP Paribas, Millennium, Credit Agricole, Nest Bank and BOŚ — 11 banks in total. We regularly add new banks at user request.
Does the app work without an internet connection?
Yes! Plutario is a progressive web app (PWA). Once installed on your device, you can browse your data and add transactions even without an internet connection.
What is a Transfer Chain?
Transfer Chain is a unique Plutario feature that lets you track money flowing between accounts. For example: you transfer your salary from a personal account to a shared one with your partner, then withdraw cash. Every step is linked — instead of separate transactions you get one clear chain.
Can I share a budget with my partner or family?
Yes. With Standard and Premium plans you can invite anyone to share a budget. Both of you see the same transactions and can add new ones from separate accounts.
Do I need to give Plutario access to my bank account?
No. CSV import works without any access to your bank account — just download the export file from your bank's app or website and upload it to Plutario. Your bank login credentials never reach our servers.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Plutario has 3 transparent pricing plans — Starter, Standard and Premium. You pay exactly what you see in the pricing table. No surprises, no automatic price increases.
Can I export my data from Plutario?
Yes. In your account settings you'll find an option to export all your data — budgets, transactions, categories and financial accounts. You receive a machine-readable file that you can keep as a backup or use in another application.
What happens if I delete my account?
After account deletion, all your personal and financial data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. We recommend exporting your data before deleting. This action cannot be undone.
Does Plutario work on mobile?
Yes. Plutario is a progressive web app (PWA) that you can install on your phone directly from the browser — no app store download needed. It works like a native app, with a home screen icon and full-screen mode.
What's the difference between Starter, Standard and Premium?
Starter gives you up to 3 budgets, 5 accounts and monthly reports — perfect to get started. Standard adds unlimited budgets and accounts, advanced reports, recurring transactions and budget sharing. Premium includes everything in Standard plus transfer chains, multi-currency support and priority support.
Can I migrate data from another finance app?
Direct import from other apps is not yet available. However, you can export data from your previous app to CSV format and then import it into Plutario using our import feature. If you need help — get in touch.
